Before you write
A few things you can do yourself, straight away:
- Cancel or change your subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple: open the app, go to Profile → Manage subscription, or open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Restore a subscription on a new phone. Tap Restore on the subscription screen in the app.
- Delete your account. Profile → Delete Account. This is permanent.
If you write to us about your subscription, please send the message from the email address on your account so we can find it.
